Our company Script & Go is concerned about respecting your privacy. In this privacy policy, we explain how we collect, use and disclose the information we gather through our websites, cloud services and our suite of applications – Site Diary, Site Task and Site Supervision or any other software products owned and commercialised by Script & Go.
By visiting our website, using or downloading our applications, or by using our products, you give us permission to collect and process your personal data as stated in this privacy policy. Any use of our applications, products and website, and any dispute related to the processing of personal data will be subject to the content of this privacy policy.
What data do we collect ?
We may gather the following information concerning the subscribers and the users accounts created on our applications and software products – Site Diary, Site Task and Site Supervision – only to the extent needed to ensure the provision of the subscribed services:
- Personal Identifying Information: the personal data is the information you give and which may include your name, the name of your organisation, organisation data, your email address, your postal address, your user name and password to access the service.
This type of data (more specifically your name, email address, phone number – optional- and profession) is also collected when you use our contact forms while visiting our websites and is used for the sole purpose of contacting you again following your request. - Usage Information: the usage data does not enable you to identify you. It is anonymous and collected by us for statistical purposes when you use our applications and services, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, e-mail address, operating system, platform, device information such as the camera. This information can be collected and processed but does not enable you to identify you or your project.
- Non-Identifying Statistical Information: statistical information is not personal information and it is about your construction projects. Our applications, website and software products can access this information when you use the software and it may be extracted from Data but users or construction projects cannot be identified.
When you use our cloud data hosting services as a client, we do not have control over the data you transfer into the cloud, nor do we have access to them without your express consent. Which means that you act as data controller, and Script & Go acts as data processor. As such, we do our best to ensure the best levels of service and security, including when selecting our providers, who are submitted to standard contractual clauses as per article 28 of the GDPR where applicable.
When and how we use this information
We may sometimes use your postal or email address to send you offers or newsletters concerning our services, only after securing your consent. We consider your data as highly confidential and its processing takes place only within the frame of the services provided to you as per an agreement between you and the company or, in the absence of a contract, your express consent.
We do not sell, exchange or rent personal data to anyone, nor do we send personal data to anyone who is not affiliated to our company and working directly on our products. We do not work with advertising companies which may collect your personal data. However, if our company or the product or services you use are meant to be sold or transferred to another company, the user information and data as well as usage data might be a part of the sale or transfer. In any case, all clients shall be duly notified of such changes. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to disclose personal data to people or entities in the following cases:
- Compliance with a law, rule, judicial process, or enforcement warrant from the government;
- Compliance with an agreement including an investigation as part of a process following a potential violation of the law;
- Detecting, preventing or highlighting a fraud, a security problem or a technical problem;
- Protection of the rights, property and security of our company, its subscribers and users.
We may also collect statistical data which does not allow us to identify you or your projects, in order to assess the security and efficiency of our solution.

Pipedrive
We use Pipedrive as Client Relationship Management solution to store prospect contact data (on the basis of individual consent) as well as client information (on the basis of a contract which we need to follow or execute). You can find more information on https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy.
At any time, you may withdraw your consent to collect this data through the cookie management panel available on the applications – Site Diary, Site Task and Site Supervision. You have a permanent right to request to access, modify and delete the data concerning you, by following the steps described below (“CNIL” chapter).
Intercom
We use Intercom as our customer service platform. It is specifically used for our business management, and providing chat support to our clients and customers.
Additionally, we use Intercom for sending various types of emails, including regular updates, promotions, and discounts to our customers. Intercom also helps us in sending out our regular, promotional and discount emails to our clients. With Intercom, we manage our business analytics and similar to Pipedrive, Intercom helps us in storing the contact data of our clients.
Who will have access to your data on our platform?
When you use our cloud computing services, your data can be accessed by other users invited to your organization. It can also be accessed by our support team to deal with support requests only, within the frame of our terms of service. The support team is located at our head office in Rennes, France. Access to our premises and system is secured through various means, both physical and virtual.
What happens to your data if you stop using the app?
All user’s data (personal and technical) which you choose to enter in the application using your cloud services will still be stored in our database with Azure and OVH for Site Supervision and Azure for Site Diary and Site Task (please see details below). The user can send a request to delete their personal data using our contact details below. Regarding technical data, these are linked to the account and will therefore have to be the subject of a specific request by the Customer.

Our provider hosts your data in France and is contractually committed to ensure the highest level of security.

Changes to our privacy policy
We are likely to change our policy over time. Please make sure to come back and check it regularly. We are committed to posting any changes to our policy on our website and our suite of applications – Site Diary, Site Task and Site Supervision. In the event of a change which would directly affect our practices regarding the personal data we have already collected, we undertake to notify you in advance by highlighting the change (s) on our website and our applications.
